Jason Akermanis - AFL Brownlow Medalist
Jason Akermanis, professional speaker and AFL football legend. Jason "Aker" Akermanis played 325 games, kicked 407 goals, was 4 time All Australian, 2001 Brownlow Medalist and triple AFL Premiership player in 2001, 2002 and 2003. Aker is now a highly sought after keynote speaker. He splits his time between morning radio with MTR, the Herald Sun as an expert columnist, professional speaker/MC and his day job of working with a global payments company, EzyCash Cards. On top of all this he is happily married with two young girls under the age of 7. Throw in ride days and competition golf and time is short for this once in a generation player. He talked it up on Friday not Monday like most athletes.
Akers' national tour, "The Facts Never Lie", has shown that perception is much different to reality.
